THE FIREBROOK RESIDENCE What started as a basement finishing project grew into a more comprehensive makeover.  We helped our client envision how the unfinished basement could become a very warm and inviting entertaining space.  The old, painted deck was replaced with new materials and most importantly a spiral staircase was added to the deck giving the owners access to the back yard.  The kitchen received new granite counters and tile backsplash, the first floor has new hardwood floors installed to match some of the existing wood and the owners’ office was re-done with built in shelving and filing drawers. THE GLENDOVER MASTER SUITE This beautiful home had a prior addition with the master bathroom and bedroom sharing the same space. Using the existing square footage, we created a luxurious master bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a wall of built-in closets. THE LANSDOWNE II KITCHEN This project is a good example of working with existing materials and blending those in with some new elements.  We painted the old cabinets, adding new hinges and hardware.  We fabricated a few new cabinets/doors to match and added glass and mouldings to update the rest.  Our client wanted to keep the kitchen “eat-in” so no walls were removed.  New appliances, quartz countertops and a custom backsplash complete this makeover.
