THE LANSDOWNE RESIDENCE

This comfortable 2000 sq. ft. home was the first one built on Greenbriar Road in 1957. We saw an opportunity to completely update the house, starting with moving the electrical service underground, changing the exterior siding, and re-working the screened porch. A priority inside was opening up the kitchen and creating a more open floor plan throughout the house. A partition wall was removed, appliances relocated, and an island and bar seating area were added. The washer/dryer was moved from the kitchen to the master suite, prompting a master bath and secondary bath re-design. All new flooring, electrical, and plumbing fixtures gave the finishing touches to this inviting home.
