The Brookhaven Residence

THE BROOKHAVEN RESIDENCE Our client purchased this home with the intent of “making it her own” as she downsized from a much larger property. We modernized the floor plan and the overall flow of the house by creating a cased opening from the living room to the kitchen and dining area. The 1970s kitchen was completely updated to include a beautiful and spacious island and the old cabinets repurposed in her new laundry room / pantry area. New paint, carpet, lighting, and two bath updates completed this timeless renovation. Before & After Project Photos Project...

The Island I Master Bath

THE ISLAND I MASTER BATH Our client’s master bathroom had the laundry area behind a wall in the bath, making the entire space feel smaller. The old shower was disproportionately large for the bathroom. Keeping their window in place and making the shower just a bit smaller allowed us to open the laundry nook to fit a counter and hamper cabinet. The end result is a much more bright and open master bathroom! Before & After Project Photos Project...

The Lansdowne Residence

THE LANSDOWNE RESIDENCE This comfortable 2000 sq. ft. home was the first one built on Greenbriar Road in 1957. We saw an opportunity to completely update the house, starting with moving the electrical service underground, changing the exterior siding, and re-working the screened porch. A priority inside was opening up the kitchen and creating a more open floor plan throughout the house. A partition wall was removed, appliances relocated, and an island and bar seating area were added. The washer/dryer was moved from the kitchen to the master suite, prompting a master bath and secondary bath re-design. All new flooring, electrical, and plumbing fixtures gave the finishing touches to this inviting home. Before & After Project Photos Project...

The Equestrian Estates Phase I – Kitchen

THE EQUESTRIAN ESTATES PHASE I – KITCHEN For the first phase of our renovation in this busy family’s home, we designed a stunning new kitchen. The old kitchen featured an impractical multilevel island and 17-year-old countertops which had cracked. It was definitely time for a change. All perimeter cabinetry and the island were redesigned to include the use of previously unused floor space. The beautiful new kitchen features neutral Sandstone Cove paint for the perimeter cabinetry and Boulder gray with a brushstroke glaze for the island. Plenty of seating at the spacious island and loads of storage, including easily accessible corner cabinets, multiple drawers, and three pantry cabinets make the kitchen functional and convenient. New lighting, appliances, hardwood floor refinishing, and fresh paint bring this welcoming room to life! Before & After Project Photos Project...

The Island II Kitchen

THE ISLAND II KITCHEN The owners desired a more modern, bright, and functional kitchen. The doorway to the dining room was very narrow and was expanded to create a better flow for this family who loves to cook and entertain. The soffits were removed. A gorgeous gas Wolf range, along with the other stainless steel appliances, updated the room nicely. A beautiful and very deep, white, fire-glazed farmhouse sink displays a black, matte faucet below the window. White custom cabinetry with brushed gold-toned hardware brings sophistication to the room and pairs well with the golden-toned pendant lights above the island. The indigo-stained island cabinetry features deep drawers for storage and seating for two. Quartz countertops completed this look and truly make the space one of a kind. THE EQUESTRIAN ESTATES PHASE II – MASTER BATH This master bath was re-designed to be a sleek and modern spa-like space. The original white vanity was replaced with a lovely gray stained cabinet with additional drawers for function.
